René Plugge

René is the head of accounting for Earl Management and is actively engaged in the tax and accounting matters for various clients as well as for the Dutch entities in the Earl Group.
René started his career in the audit department of KPMG, but after some years of working in auditing he missed being actively involved in an advisory capacity with the clients. In 2008 René joined Earl Management and in March 2020 was appointed as a Director. René enjoys advising clients on financial and business strategies and is accountant-controller for small and medium sized companies. He actively deals with the accounting work for international holding companies and has a particular expertise in property structures (predominantly in Germany).
